Cloudflare is blocking access to my site by my Shipping partner

Sometime in the last 30 days, Cloudflare has blocked access by my shipping partner’s API (ShipBob)
When Cloudflare is paused on my site in the Cloudflare dashboard…the Shipping partner connects. When Cloudflare is turned on again, the Shipping partner can not access my site. I have allowlisted the shipping partners IP address in the IP Access Rules “Allow” and still not connecting.

Any ideas on other Cloudflare dashboard adjustments?

Thanks

When he is blocked, the page Cloudflare returns should have a “Ray ID” on it. That’s a unique identifier that lets you, the site owner, find out why he was blocked.

In your Cloudflare dashboard, under Security → Events, you can filter the event log with that Ray ID and see the details of why he was blocked and exactly what rule blocked him. Also, since you know his IP address you can filter that log by IP and possibly find the correct entries without needing the Ray ID.

Thank you. I just tried that with a filter for all four IP address provided by my Shipping provider and there are no events

As a guess, maybe you only have their IPv4 address and they are hitting your site with IPv6.

If you can get one of those Ray IDs from them, you can check the event log for the Ray ID and it will show the IP address they connected from and the reason they were blocked.
