What is the issue you’re encountering

Cloudflare has billed our PayPal account for 3 business accounts, 3 months in a row. We do not have any Business accounts. There hasn’t been any response to my billing support ticket for over 5 weeks.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Filed support issue 5 weeks ago, but didn’t receive a single response.
