CloudFlare is already activated for "domain.com" under a different account

CloudFlare is already activated for “recreus.com” under a different account. If you want to enable CloudFlare through this partner, please log in to your CloudFlare account and choose “Disconnect” on your CloudFlare DNS Settings page.

This error appears when adding the domain from Plesk. We do not have the domain configured in cloudflare, and if it is, we do not have control. How can we request cloudflare for complete elimination? And then start again the creation from Plesk. Thank you

That domain sure isn’t using Cloudflare, so I’m surprised it’s listed under someone else’s account. Domains not using Cloudflare are automatically dropped after a short period of time.

Open up a Support Ticket at support.cloudflare.com and let them know.
