Cloudflare IPs suddenly not responding

I am unable to reach any of my cloudflare tunnels (were working just before). After some digging it seems that IPs are not responding any more from my LAN. When I resolve my tunnels name I get a list of IPs:

104.21.96.1
104.21.16.1
104.21.64.1
104.21.48.1
104.21.80.1
104.21.32.1

However, none of them respond to my pings. Traceroute seems to be stuck :

I am out of ideas here? Is this my fault? Is my ISP somehow blocking access?

It looks like AS3352 telefonica.es in Spain

Yes, telefonica (movistar) in Spain.

It works now! Surely something to do with the ISP as I haven’t changed anything in my end. Thanks anyway.
