We are blocking certain countries at our FW. Because of that, we are blocking some of Cloudflare’s international IPs.
Does the location of the Cloudflare address represent the location of the original host IP?
Cloudflare uses anycast, so their IP ranges can come from multiple different data centers. Because of this, there isn’t a good way to get the location of a request from a Cloudflare IP and you would have to rely on headers.
