Cloudflare intermittent large stall

Hi,
No idea where to post this as you cant seem to report issues??!

One of our sites using Cloudflare is experiencing intermittent massive delays on page requests getting from the browser to our web server. I have verified 100% its an issue with Cloudflare. I have currently disabled Cloudflare on that site and its now working fine.

How do I contact someone at Cloudflare to get this resolved?
