What is the issue you’re encountering

My DNS and NS are with GoDaddy and my site is hosted on HighLevel. My CNAME points to sites.ludicrous.cloud. But I’m getting a 409 error from Cloudflare. There are no records with Cloudflare at all. The domain was purchased 6 months ago and has no previous owners or other managers besides myself.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Removed and replaced the records. Checked from multiple systems in multiple places to rule out local cache issues. Confirmed with HighLevel that their systems are working. Confirmed with GoDaddy there were no configuration or other errors. Checked propagation errors or problems. Everything checks out.

I talked with HighLevel and they say it looks like CF is just refusing the publish the subdomain.
