Cloudflare Integration

Hello,

We’ve changed our nameservers to what Cloudflare has given us and we’ve waited for more than 2 days. Please, any help & guidance is much appreciated to help us activate our Cloudflare. We’ve contacted our Hostserver and their response says nothing is blocking Cloudflare from integration.

Hope to hear you soon.

Kind Regards,
VSB

What is your domain?

Hello Laudian,

Our domain is vsbfcos (With the .com at the end. Sorry our last message didn’t go through because it mistake it as a link).

Kind Regards,
VSB

You haven’t changed your nameservers to the ones assigned by Cloudflare yet:

vsbfcos.com. 172800 IN NS ns1.vsbfcos.com.
vsbfcos.com. 172800 IN NS ns2.vsbfcos.com.
couldn't get address for 'ns1.vsbfcos.com': not found
couldn't get address for 'ns2.vsbfcos.com': not found
dig: couldn't get address for 'ns1.vsbfcos.com': no more

You can also see that at Whois vsbfcos.com.

We actually have made the changes on our CPanel to the nameserver Cloudflare recommended us to use.

Kind Regards,
VSB

Well, your changes haven’t reached the .com registry.

If you are certain that you have made the correct changes, you’ll have to contact your registrar to find out why they are not applying the change.

There are no Cloudflare instructions to make any changes in your cPanel. You need to make the changes at your domain registrar.

According to whois, your registrar is 1API.

% whois vsbfcos.com
   Domain Name: VSBFCOS.COM
   Registry Domain ID: 2679417186_DOMAIN_COM-VRSN
   Registrar WHOIS Server: whois.1api.net
   Registrar URL: http://www.1api.net

If you do not know who 1API is, it is possible that your host is a reseller. In that case, you will need to ask them for assistance if you are unable to access your domain registration details.

We’re currently in-progress with our host server. We’ll get back to you once we hear a response from them.

Kind Regards,
VSB
