I implemented Cloudflare Premium through Bluehost on Monday.
- My site www.girlsthatroam.com was immediately shut down and has been down along with my email for three days now.
- I’ve been locked out of my WordPress Admin. It’s not recognizing my password or login, even after clearing my Cash and attempting in incognito.
- I was informed by Bluehost that I needed to add their IP to Cloudflare, but I can’t figure out where to do that in Cloudflare.
- I contacted Cloudflare, but I haven’t been successful resolving this issue because I had to write contact them from one of my other email addresses. I was informed that I had to either add it or log in and submit a ticket. I finally did that tonight after long assignment days.
I’m wondering if there is anything else I should do to resolve this situation.
