CloudFlare Implementation Multiple Issues

I implemented Cloudflare Premium through Bluehost on Monday.

  1. My site was immediately shut down and has been down along with my email for three days now.
  2. I’ve been locked out of my WordPress Admin. It’s not recognizing my password or login, even after clearing my Cash and attempting in incognito.
  3. I was informed by Bluehost that I needed to add their IP to Cloudflare, but I can’t figure out where to do that in Cloudflare.
  4. I contacted Cloudflare, but I haven’t been successful resolving this issue because I had to write contact them from one of my other email addresses. I was informed that I had to either add it or log in and submit a ticket. I finally did that tonight after long assignment days.

I’m wondering if there is anything else I should do to resolve this situation.

It looks to me there’s a redirect loop. Something is redirecting https:/ to itself.

  1. What is your SSL setting in the Crypto page here? It’s probably Flexible or Full.
  2. Do you have an HTTPS redirect in .htaccess or somewhere else on your site?

I don’t know. I can’t access my site admin at all. I’ll try to see if I
can find anything in my Bluehost, but my SSL was/is with Sitelock’s
Wordpress plugin and I can’t access it. I have no idea why the website
would be redirecting to itself. I’ll contact Bluehost tomorrow after
work to see if they can access my site.
