Cloudflare Images - Delete Stored Images after Canceling Subscription

I’d canceled my Cloudflare Images subscription several months ago, but I recently noticed that Cloudflare has been invoicing me fees for the images still being viewed after I’d canceled my subscription. The website that displayed the images no longer exists, so I assume the Cloudflare Image URLs were picked up by bots and propagated to other websites.

The problem I’m having is that the dashboard isn’t give me a way to enter my storage and delete the images. I’ve reopened my subscription with the new free plan, but because that does not come with storage include, the Dashboard still will not let me access the images that are currently stored. It does, however, give me some metrics that say “Images stored (current) 119/0” and “Images served: 1095”, confirming that it is indeed still storing and serving my old images.

Is there any way I can delete these images without having to first pay for storage? If not, will Cloudflare refund my money if I cancel within the first 24 hours?

I hate to go on a tangent, but something like this shouldn’t happen. When I cancel a service, I expect our contract to be terminated with it. It should not continue serving content in the background out of my reach and control while still charging me for it. Furthermore, the fact that my images are receiving over 1000 monthly impressions despite the domain serving those images no longer existing tells me that there’s a major content security issue with Cloudflare Images. What’s to stop anyone from taking an image’s URL and running it through a botnet to incur millions of monthly views as a form of financial attack against the owner? This feels like a major oversight.

The point of this question is to avoid it becoming a billing issue. If I can find a way to delete the images without having to repurchase a subscription, that would solve the problem.
