HI there! We configured Cloudflare and uploaded images to Cloudflare. We are located in Kazakhstan but when we checked ip address of images using dev tools always shows California/San-Francisco server. Is it means that Cloudflare is not working or not?
Hi there,
Cloudflare uses AnyCast network - which means we broadcast the same IP to all our datacenters. There is no country/region specfic IP prefixes for each datacenter and all our IP’s geo-locate to US. You can read more about anycast here - https://www.cloudflare.com/learning/cdn/glossary/anycast-network/
You can tell if Cloudflare is working by looking at the HTTP response headers, if you see server: cloudflare
and the image is loading, this is a good sign that Cloudflare is working.

Damian
