Hi, I have a service where users can upload images, so I thought of using Cloudflare images to store and optimize the media. Now, i cannot really know if user uploads something that belongs to someone else and maybe there will be DMCA issue. How Cloudflare reacts to this? Will the media be deleted or I will need to delete it by myself? Do I get any strike for such issues?
All we can do is point you to the supplemental terms for Cloudflare Images:
Thanks, as I understood my account can be blocked if users of my service will upload media that they don’t own.
Cloudflare is entirely within their rights to suspend your account for DMCA violations. However, the terms also state that Cloudflare generally try to provide notice (allowing you to remove the offending content) before taking action.
