Cloudflare high packet loss (41%)

Hello,

DNS requests, when i connect throght the warp client on my windows I notice ICMP ping have abnormally high packet drops

Ping statistics for 1.1.1.1:
    Packets: Sent = 29, Received = 17, Lost = 12 (41% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 51ms, Maximum = 58ms, Average = 52ms
