Cloudflare Has the Worst CS Department in the World

Please do not move this thread to support (billing) categories. This is a pure feedback.

When we try to add a site to our Cloudflare account, The system returns an error saying “You have an unpaid bill”. The thing is that we have no unpaid bills at all. I’ve added hundreds of screenshots showing we have no unpaid bills in our support ticket. However, Cloudflare employees have been marking all of the support tickets that we created as resolved without saying anything. As seen in my other thread, the Cloudflare CS department does not care about the active tickets/support requests anymore:

They might have been busy or failed to fix the issue. That’s totally acceptable but they have never been informing us regarding the issue for 2 months. They do not respect their jobs.
