What is the issue you’re encountering

I am received this error: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP which prevent my site from loading

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I paused cloudlfare and the error was removed and my site loads on the browser…but when i enabled cloudflare the error resurfaced again

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

Full (strict)

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I try it on all browser and the error remain the same…Error code: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP

Hello,

Universal SSL is enabled on my domain - assure.ng

Before now my site loads fine and cloudflare renew the certificate as at when due …but seems cloudflare have stop the renewal…or am I missing anything?

I do receive email message of renewal of the SSL certificate…but those emails are not coming again…

I have checked my domain settings on cloudflare and seems everything is fine…so what’s the problem?

Why is my site not load and the browser pop the error message below:

Here is a screen shot of my edge certificate status…Only the back up certificate is on the list…

You may need to disable and re-enable universal SSL

On my end it looks like the certificates are now active on your account so I suspect you may have done this already

Yes…I have disable and re-enable universal SSL…

But still the site - assure.ng is not loading…

It is SSL issues…

Here is the error message on the browser:

Why and how can Universal SSL be made active on my account.

I have disable and re-enable universal SSL…

But still the site - assure.ng is not loading…
