On blocked dot com it says “ISPs currently blocking your site - Cloudflare Family DNS Service”
Describe the issue you are having:
Our clients cannot access our website, it gives them an SSL error/security issue and when investigating further it seems to be from the above
What error message or number are you receiving?
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
- Contacted our website host to confirm SSL is up to date
- Tried to contact Cloudflare but struggling
Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?
We are not on Cloudflare but our customers are, and yes it was accessible to all previously
What are the steps to reproduce the error:
- Try accessing the site from a browser with Cloudflare security installed (at a guess)
Have you tried from another browser and/or incognito mode?
No, I am not able to replicate as do not use Cloudflare
