Cloudflare fetch a wrong page while DNS proxy enabled

Thank you dear,

We have tried to turn off / pause CF, then everything works fine,
When the DNS proxy on , then we got 403 from chrome

I am confused, does apache feed a wrong page ? how can i check please?
