CloudFlare failing to recognize WordPress

This client account and his WordPress has been on CloudFlare for more than years, but somehow CloudFlare is unable to recognize WordPress which is installed at public_html root as in the message below.

Another thing which didn’t happen before is that when I run performance test, CF tries to access default Runcloud page as in the message below.

This default page is only accessible with server IP address, so perhaps CF is just accessing server IP address than the domain name. But I really don’t get why this is happening of all sudden.

The domain is fully working, so only the thing inside CF is buggy at moment.

You need to install Cloudflare plugin in your WordPress site and enable the APO.

I’m not using APO yet. This CF warning kinda worries me APO wouldn’t work.

It’s just the plugin doesn’t exist in WordPress.
