May I ask which plan type you are using?
I can see the presence of the APO for Cloudflare.

What tools have you tried to compare and test for the results?
With which aren’t you satisfied? Is it only the score, or experience?

Are you using any other caching plugin for your WordPress or some kind of type of code minify? I can see the comment presence of Airlift.

What steps have you tried already to follow from the suggestions of the PageSpeed Insights?

Without knowing your website type, neither domain name or URL for example due to testing, I can list few options/features which you can enable at Cloudflare for your domain and test:

• Brotli
• HTTP/2
• HTTP/3
• 0-RTT
• Rocket Loader
• Auto Minify (all three checked - HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Argo Tiered Cache

If you are using Pro plan (paid), alongside above stated, make sure to enable:

• Polish (Lossy - with WebP checked)
• Mirage
• TCP Turbo
• Enhanced HTTP/2 Prioritization
• if using WordPress I’d suggest you Automatic Platform Optimization for WordPress | Optimize Your Wordpress Site | Cloudflare

Those options are available under the:

We have the basic package and I’ve gone through some of the reading materials. The issue is we were displaced by the hurricane in NC and having to move to a new area, time is not on our side. We are scrambling to start new and rebuild after losing everything.
