Cloudflare Error 1016

Hey,

For two days, requests to my website result in an Error 1016 without having made any changes. But that’s not always the case. It only only happens in certain countries, such as Mexico.

I already read this post: Community Tip - Fixing Error: 530 / Error: 1016 Origin DNS Error but I still don’t have a solution, as it just started randomly and not everywhere.

what could be a possible reason for this problem?

What I forgot to mention: this also only happens with subdomains.
