無法進入cloudflare account, 收不到cloudflare要我reset password,所以無法進行DNS

我需要cloudflare 寄email 給我，讓我可以reset password及進入cloudflare的界面，修改DNS設定。我已嘗試更改密碼，但是無法進入。

I use the pro plan. I want to use the cloudflare and they said that the password and account is not match. I reset the password. Cloudflare can’t receive the email about the reset password.
Now I need to login the cloudflare. Please help!! thanks.
