Cloudflare email is already set-up but i cant receive email in cpanel's webmail

turn on cloudflare’s email routing. i replaced cpanel default MX with cloudflare’s now i cant receive anything

May I ask where do you expect to receive emails?
To the cPanel’s and access them via Webmail? :thinking:
Otherwise to your private email via the alias e.g. [email protected] → which would forward the email to your e.g. [email protected] address? :thinking:

Using Email Routing feature, you won’t be able to send out the emails as [email protected], rather only as [email protected].

From the screenshot above, you need to add a Custom address like [email protected].
After that, anyone who’d be sending email to [email protected] you will receive them into your private inbox [email protected] (the destination address).
