Cloudflare email address

Hi,

I have recieved email from Cloudflare. subject is

Subject: [Cloudflare Alert]: Your Cloudflare account has been accessed from a new IP Address

Then I have concerns about this, so I tried to send email to below address.

But I can not send

error
550 without authentication

Is there any way to access support desk?

Please advice me.

Supposedly your email to the support email address has to come from an email address matching your account. But the Contact form @tanto259 is how I always do it.

If you send an email you need to have it come from the account email. If another email address is CC’d on the original message they are authorized to work with support on the issue. But not the other way around.

If you use that link, you have to be signed in. So that solves the account email address part.
