Supposedly your email to the support email address has to come from an email address matching your account. But the Contact form @tanto259 is how I always do it.
If you send an email you need to have it come from the account email. If another email address is CC’d on the original message they are authorized to work with support on the issue. But not the other way around.
If you use that link, you have to be signed in. So that solves the account email address part.
