What is the issue you’re encountering
After adding a new resolution, Cloudflare did not apply for a certificate for the resolution. When I enabled and disabled Disable Universal SSL, the previously applied certificate also disappeared. Now, the edge certificate has been showing as empty for a week.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
- Enable “Disable Universal SSL” and disable “Disable Universal SSL” again after 12 hours.
- Delete all resolutions and re-add domain name resolution.
- Switch SSL certificate supplier to Google or Let’s Encrypt, and enable “Disable Universal SSL”, and disable “Disable Universal SSL” again after 12 hours.
- Switch certificate SSL/TLS encryption mode to Full (Strict).
Note that the 8w.ee domain was added to cloudflare through a cloudflare partner in 2021.
