Cloudflare domain directing to Juniper Networks

When I navigate to my domain, I’m getting a page from Juniper Networks, which reads " The SRX no longer provides hosting of the Pulse Client for direct download.
Please obtain the Pulse Client from the Pulse Website."

Is this a server hardware issue on Cloudflare’s end? Who can I contact to resolve this issue?

Running the diagnostics:

  • [Good] Check nameservers
  • [Good] Check DNSSEC configuration
  • [Error] Check DS record configuration
  • [Good] Check if connecting to ‘domain[dot]com’ works
  • [Good] Check if connecting to ‘www[dot]main[dot]com’ works
  • [Error] Check for existing MX records
  • [Failed] Check for redirect loops (your request failed because the web server did not respond)
  • [Error] Check the HTTPS status (failed with response status of 400 or above)
  • [Failed] Check if redirecting unencrypted HTTP traffic works (your request failed because the web server did not respond)
  • [Good] Check the status of encrypted traffic
  • [Failed] Check the site for mixed content (your request failed because the web server did not respond)
  • [Failed] Check site speed (your request failed because the web server did not respond)

Highly unlikely - are your sure your DNS records are pointing to the right place for your website?

I think I have it configured correctly. I have two records entered:

  • {Type: A, Name: grape-vine[dot]uk, Content: [WAN IP]}
  • {Type: CNAME, Name: *, Content: grape-vine[dot]uk}

What page do you see if you visit the WAN IP directly?

This might not work if you’ve set up the origin to only allow connections from Cloudflare’s ranges.

I’m not able to load the WAN IP directly in browser. Do you have any suggestions or references I could look at?
