Opened tickets to report CDN Cache issues and we get no proper response
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Opened: https://www.support.cloudflare.com/support/s/case/500Nv00000G0YOg got no feedback
Upgraded to Business to have access to Chat Support, but we need access to Cloudflare Help Center … which doesn’t work for for 4months Cloudflare Status - Support Ticket Migration - Case Access Issues … so we paid for nothing… only to open a new ticket https://www.support.cloudflare.com/support/s/case/500Nv00000GKs6K to activete the Help Center account witch gets again ignored.
What in Gods/Allah/Budda/all other higher being’s name do I need to do to get some email replies ?!?!
I will start opening Topics until I get some Cloudflare attention
