Cloudflare doesn't force https through domain is set correctly

Domain: skullengineweb.info

If you simply type in http://skullengineweb.info it shows my directory. Force https is set, rewrite https is set, page rule forcing https is set. .htaccess forcing https is set. Everything is propagated and going where it’s supposed to. No idea.

It redirects for me. Check your browser’s Dev Tools under the network tab to see what you’re actually connecting to.
