CLoudFlare does not see changed nameservers name cheap for a day
What is the domain?
Make sure you are changing your nameservers within Namecheap’s registrar settings, and not within their DNS Settings (if you currently use their DNS)

and it’s been like this for 3 days
Did you possibly forget to disable or update DNSSEC when you changed the nameservers?
Before update your domain nameservers, make sure that you:
- Disabled DNSSEC at your registrar (where you bought your domain name).
It’s not resolving because the domain has clientHold on it

Domain Status: clientHold https://icann.org/epp#clientHold
This status code tells your domain’s registry to not activate your domain in the DNS and as a consequence, it will not resolve. It is an uncommon status that is usually enacted during legal disputes, non-payment, or when your domain is subject to deletion.
Your domain has been suspended by the registrar, you will need to reach out to them to resolve this. Because of the status code, it is not resolving in the DNS System.
Other then the client hold, based on the whois result, it looks like your nameservers are set correctly, and would resolve if not for that. I would open a chat with namecheap and ask specifically about the clientHold Domain status that has been applied to your domain.
