Cloudflare DNS test always fails

I’ve followed setup guide and set my adapter to use 1.1.1.1 for both IPv4 and IPv6 but https://one.one.one.one/help always says I’m not configured. However, when I check other websites, they say I’m using Cloudflare DNS (not ISP’s).
