Cloudflare DNS & Shopify

Hello community,

I am using Clouflare for my DNS - the domain is registered at a different provider with the nameservers pointing to Cloudflare. On the domain is a live and active Shopify store.

Now both Shopify and Cloudflare reached out that there could be problems with the actual set up.
The main A record points to the corresponding Shopify IP address - it appears as ‘proxied’ in the DNS console. So do the other entries.

Is there anything I need to consider / change?

What problems? Because the record is proxied? Something isn’t working as it should?

Turn off the proxy :orange: making the entry/entries DNS only :grey:

Shopify use Cloudflare so there are limitations such as not proxying records pointing to Shopify.
