How to set up rDNS and PTR?
My domain is hosted on cloudflare, and I have a mail server deployed on my server. I now need to set up rDNS and PTR, but I don’t seem to see how to do it. How can I set up rDNS? And how do I configure it?

Where is that server hosted? The owner of the server’s IP needs to set the rDNS, that’s usually the hosting company you are renting the server from. They will typically have a menu for you to do so.
My server is provided by a Chinese operator, but I can’t see any operation entry in the console. Do I need to contact them to solve this problem? What is the function of Cloudflare’s PTR record option?
Yes, though not every host offers reverse DNS. You need to ask them if they do.
This is for companies that own IP blocks. They need nameservers for their IP addresses, just like you need them for your domain.
So after I deploy the mail server, in addition to asking the server provider to set up rDNS and PTR, do I need to set up PTR records for Cloudflare?
