Cloudflare DNS recent outages

Hello Cloudflare Community,
I am using Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1 and 1.1) over DoT (dns over tls) without fallback to an unencrypted connection.
In the last days I had experienced some DNS failures, because no encrypted connection to the Cloudflare DNS was possible.

Therefore, I wanted to ask if the problem is known or if I am a unique case.
On the Cloudflare status page I have not found any DNS failures in the last 2-3 days.

Our attack mitigation was a bit aggressive in certain area, which caused some issue. This should be fixed. If you still experience any problem, please let us know in detail. Thanks.
