Cloudflare DNS not working as a DNS

We are currently using Cloudflare for DNS for the domain hbt.melbourne. Currently all our subdomains for this site do not work, for example;

This was working before the new year and has not been touched. The webservers that the IP’s are pointing to are working.

Update - the DNS is still working on ISP like Optus. We have determined it is not working on ISPs like; TPG, Boost, Telstra
