Yesterday, Cloudflare disabled critical services on my account without any prior notice. After speaking with a customer rep, I was told this was due to unpaid invoices over 60 days old. However, when I checked my account, there were no unpaid invoices listed, and I never received an email about any outstanding payments or potential service disruptions. I only discovered this when I woke up today and found essential services disabled. Seriously, what’s going on?

The specific service I’m dealing with is image resize. I’m getting cf-not-resized: err=9524 errors which result in full-sized images being delivered.

Hi. It’s unfortunate that Cloudflare doesn’t respond to my emails or here. It’s been 2 weeks now.

Many people are experiencing similar issues. Cloudflare seems to be dealing with these issues for over a month now.
