Cloudflare Directing traffic to an old IP address

I have this message on my Bluehost dashboard saying my name server, which is Cloudflare is driving traffic to an old IP address. They gave me the new IP address to use. And stated that I should change my A records to the new address.
I tried doing it, but it didn’t work. I am not also receiving emails from the email I set up with my domain in Bluehost.
Any solutions?
