Cloudflare deletes Mailrelay DNS setup

What is the issue you’re encountering

Cloudflare deletes my Mailrelay DNS setup (CNAME and TXT et as “DNS Only”). Mailrelay has validated my DNS setup (all green) and everything works fine. But every day Cloudflare deletes my setup, and I have to recreate it again and again.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Reached out to Mailrelay who checked and validated my setup. Researched online and on Cloudflare for similar issue

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Simply copy and paste the CNAME Records for DKIM in Cloudflare (“Proxy status” to off → DNS ONLY). Follow the same setup as described online

Any chance you are or have been using Ezoic?

@Laudian Yes I am indeed! I have DNS records for Ezoic. Could this be the issue?

Laudian Okay, I see what you were getting at :slight_smile: and you were spot on!
I just added Mailrelay’s DNS records in Ezoic. Now it should work. Fingers crossed!
