Cloudflare Deleted website without disabling dnssec

What is the name of the domain?

marruabrecho.com.br

What is the issue you’re encountering

Cloudflare deleted my website for no reason and didn’t disabled DNSSEC before doing it, now I can’t even add it again because it needs me to change the nameservers but I’m getting dnssec errors and it doesn’t let me. I wanted to know how to disable the DNSSEC from the previous configuration

Cloudflare is NOT able to coordinate the DNSSEC information to the domain registry for .BR domains, or for any other domain names, where Cloudflare is NOT the domain registrar.

Adjusting the DNSSEC information for your domain name can be done through your registrar.

Your domain registrar will then coordinate the DNSSEC information to the parent registry on your behalf.

DNSSEC entries are set at your registrar. You would remove those there as well.

The thing is that I created a dnssec key on cloudflare when I configured the website and DNS. I don’t have a way to change DNS records other than on cloudflare, however, since they deleted the previous configuration and the dnssec was created here I can’t do anything else. I can’t change nameservers to create new configurations on cloudflare nor can I set the nameservers to my registrar and change configurations there

When you enable DNSSEC on your DNS provider, your DNS provider will generate some DNSSEC material, and attach to the DNS configuration with the specific DNS provider.

During this procedure, a public key (to be added to the domain registry, through your domain registrar) is then shared with you, together with certain parameters, allowing you to publish the DS (Delegation Signer) record to the domain registry, through your domain registrar.

The DS (Delegation Signer) record isn’t added in your own DNS zone through your DNS provider, but will be published in the parent registry’s DNS zone, together with the name server delegations.

Your domain registrar is the only party, that is able to assist you, regarding adjusting that DS (Delegation Signer) record, and coordinating these updates to the domain registry.
