i sent ticket to support to chekc but not been replied yet
any idea about this plz

I’m not familiar with this situation and from what I could see when searching for topics similar to yours, all users were advised to contact support. As you’ve already done this, please wait for a response.
If possible, I’d personally like to ask you to consider sharing more details about what your usage quotas were, as well as what the support’s response was when you got it.
