The cloudflare dashboard is so slow I can barely create a new DNS entry

Used different browsers in different physical places and tried multiple PCs.

Just try to create a dns entry in the dashboard

I’m not sure why this might be happening across multiple devices, but assuming you are on the same wifi network, could you try switching to another network? Could you also try switching to another DNS resolver to see if that helps?

I’m wired. Also tried different locations, I have servers all over and it’s slow no matter what I do.

Do you see anything specific on the network request logs? What assets seem to be taking a long time to load? If you are on Chrome, these instructions can help.
