I can’t access Cloudflare dashboard and can’t start a support request.

The error on the dashboard is “API Request Failed /api/xxx (403)”.

URL dash.cloudflare.com/api/ returns “Please complete the security check to access api-gateway.svc.cfdata.org”, but every time I complete the challenge, it show me a new one. I tried to clear my cookie, change browser, it always give me endless recaptcha.

In order to reach the Cloudflare Technical Support team, please open a ticket directly through the Cloudflare dashboard by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Cloudflare account and click on ‘Support’ → ‘Help Center’ in the top right corner, which will take you to our Help Center.
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner, and in the drop down menu select ‘My Activities & Requests’.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the ‘My Requests’ page and click ‘Submit a request’ to create a Support ticket.

If you have forgotten your Cloudflare account password, please follow the instructions below to restore access to your account:

Did you use the email you use to login into the dashboard?

Yes

If you use login Cloudflare using IP with bad reputation (like vpn, proxy), you’ll get a blank page after login.
Use browser developer console to inspect, APIs response with 403 and showing recaptcha, if you solve one, it will give you new one.
