Screenshot of the error

Your domain is using Cloudflare nameservers, however the domain is not on Cloudflare, so the domain does not resolve. You either configure the correct nameservers or complete the Cloudflare setup.

How do I complete the Cloudflare setup? The name servers are pointing to Cloudflare already.

Can I add a site that is registered somewhere else? If so how do I do that?

The domain registration is unrelated to Cloudflare. You simply need to follow the setup steps.

I only see “transfer” or “purchase” a domain. Can you let me know where to find the setup steps you referred to? I’ve been looking all over and cannot find anything like that.
