when i tried to load a website withwifi it shows below error , but the website load fine with no issue with i used my cell data …

Just means that the websites security settings are configured in a way that presents a Managed Challenge to one of your networks but not the other - this could be for a multitude of reasons since the ‘threat score’ of an IP address is based on various sources of reputation information.
