Cloudflare charged my several times but said that I was not charged

I was transferring domain newsangels.com

Transfer failed as cloudflare said and payment was made each time I tried to transfer…

Cloudflare said that I was not charged… But It’s not true…

Fix the issue…

I have had same problem sometime. In this case, cloudflare have been charged but it refund IMMEDIATELY. Problem is money not got back to your bank account IMMEDIATELY, it stuck.
Solution is call to your bank and said that those transaction was a mistake. Then money should be back to your account within several days to a month.
