I also see a Kajabi website loading for your domain. Is the problem resolved now?
Note that Kajabi also uses Cloudflare (and even hands out a pair of Cloudflare-branded nameservers – usually jermaine and joyce), so any CNAME record pointed at Kajabi in your own Cloudflare account should be unproxied (ie DNS Only) to avoid the error you were seeing.
Thank you for your time George. The problem was that when I created my Cloudflare account, it c changed the name server of my domain, so there were differents of the name servers of my Kajabi website. Then, I just removed my Cloudflare connection to my domain and restarted the cconnection from Kajabi to my domain, so that worked. Now, I would like to know how can I create a Cloudflare account with my domain but maintining the original name servers givven by Kajabi. Is it possible anyway? I also would like to add Google DNS to use Gmail, so I really think that Cloudflare is the tool to manage all this settings but I really need help on this. Thanks in advance
It is not. The nameserver pairs determine which Cloudflare account controls the DNS for the domain. When you set the Kajabi pair at your registrar, your domain is active in their Cloudflare account. If you want to use your own Cloudflare account, you must use the nameservers shown in the dashboard for your domain.
You might be able to make that work by using a subdomain with your Kajabi site. The following guide has more information.
