Cloudflare challenge won't load in any browser

What is the name of the domain?

multiple domains

What is the error number?

no error number in browser

What is the error message?

no error message loads except in Chrome console

What is the issue you’re encountering

Challenge won’t load on any website using Cloudflare, in any browser

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  1. Allowed all cookies, including 3rd party cookies
  2. Browser is current
  3. Tried 3 different browsers, all with the same result
  4. Disabled firewall
  5. Disabled antivirus
  6. release/renew to get a new IP
  7. changed MAC address
  8. tried incognito mode in Chrome
  9. Created a new Chrome profile
  10. accessed the sites via a different computer on the same network (no problem on that computer)

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Go to taxslayer.com or a2hosting.com and click login. Or go to Tarrant County The challenge won’t load on any of these sites. Attached a screenshot of the console error that shows when I try and log into a2hosting. Having a hard time believing that all 3 websites have their Cloudflare incorrectly configured but it’s possible.

Forgot to mention that I also disabled all browser extensions and some browsers I tried had no extensions installed.

From the screenshot, may I ask if you are trying to load Turnstile on localhost? :thinking:

Just noting here that I can pass the Cloudflare security check and access all three websites without any issue. Below is screenshot from A2Hosting’s login page:

I’m just trying to load whatever cloudflare challenge is on the page. I can access all of these pages from a laptop on the same network just fine. It’s the one computer that can’t load any of the cloudflare challenges.

Still unable to access these Cloudflare challenges. I’ve tried all recommended troubleshooting and some beyond and none of it has fixed the problem. I can use a different computer on the same network with no problem.
