Cloudflare certificate doesn't continue

Hi,
We have such notifications in Cloudflare audit log:
This certificate pack has reached expiration and has been removed from the Cloudflare network. Please purchase or upload a new certificate.

Our ssl certificate works OK. Website doesn’t work with Cloudflare on. So we have disabled Cloudflare. What is the problem? We have totally free Cloudflare services. Why Cloudflare certificate doesn’t continue?
