My hosting site is asking for a certificate authority. And I don’t know where to find that on cloudflare.

You can find this in your dashboard -

  1. Select your website
  2. Under SSL/TLS > Edge Certificates
  3. Click on the certificate for more details

Cloudflare’s SSL certificates require DNS records to be proxied to function properly. I can see that your record is set to DNS-only, the connection will default to using the SSL certificate installed on your origin server.

Please make sure to configure this first before proceeding further.
