What is the domain name?

A: 3109.dev

Have you searched for an answer?

A: Yes, the cert transparency notifications are new (to me anyways). This is a heads-up warning of cert changes/issuance but I could not find the mentioned cert in the CF email heads-up. See below.

Please share your search results url:

A: please see below

When you tested your domain using the [Cloudflare Diagnostic Center], what were the results?

A: DNSSec warning, but that’s not a related issues to this new cert issuance warning- what I got was a cert issueance heads-up from CF

Describe the issue you are having:

A: Email from Cloudflare: Cloudflare has observed issuance of the following certificate for 3109.dev or one of its subdomains:

Log date: 2022-09-26 06:40:17 UTC
Issuer: CN=E1,O=Let’s Encrypt,C=US
Validity: 2022-09-26 05:40:17 UTC - 2022-12-25 05:40:16 UTC
DNS Names: *.3109.dev, 3109.dev

What error message or number are you receiving?

A: None

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

A: standard checks -

  1. Checked CF site, no new certs there, though CN = Cloudflare (I thought)
  2. Checked hoster: no new certs applied
  3. Checked WP: no issues/changes

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

A: Yes & still is

What are the steps to reproduce the error:

A: site is up

Have you tried from another browser and/or incognito mode?

Please attach a screenshot of the error:

If it was the one at Cloudflare, it might be:

  1. Universal SSL
  2. Backup SSL
  3. Or the SSL if you’re using Advanced Certificate Manager

Otherwise what comes to my mind is, if any of your sub-domain hostname has some, like mail etc., might be that one was renwed recently via AutoSSL cPanel or some other way.
