Cloudflare causing my site stop working

Hi whenever i am activating CF my site stops working.

Browser gives this error…

vangovagon.com uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

while speed test GT metrix says following
