CloudFlare Causing High CPU/Memory

My VPS provider has contacted me to let me know that my server has been experiencing high CPU and memory usage.
They provided a list of IP addresses that were causing the issues, and they’re all cloudflare.

Does anyone else have this problem? Is cloudflare regularly pre-caching my site, or something like this? Can I change how aggressive it is perhaps?

I bet your server is not properly configured like this:

Sorry, I should add that the site is Wordpress, and php-cgi is the top process (index.php and xmlrpc.php)
